Description

Most Safety Professionals Have an idea what is involved with an OSHA Inspection. When things are not what they should be, a Citation and Penalty sometimes is involved. Most managers want their safety personnel to be able to meet with OSHA and ‘make it go away’. Topics are discussed that can be negotiated during the informal conference process.

Robby Jones, a long-time Tarheel Chapter member holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health from East Carolina University, and now works as a safety consultant after a distinguished career culminating as Chief of the Western Bureau for Compliance with the North Carolina Department of Labor, Division of Occupational Safety and Health.
